Exciting news - we have now appointed a new head chef - Mick. He is a Leyland lad who has worked at the Italian Orchard, Farington Lodge & other prestigious restaurants. Mick will be supported by trainee chefs to provide authentic, rustic, Italian dishes.
Front of house is led by Dom, supported by Hannah, Evie, Dave & Abigail. They look forward to welcoming you when you next visit.
